Why The FUCK Should We STILL Be Paying This FUCKWAD BROWN'S Salary?!?
My taxes are still going to pay for this incompetent buffoon's salary! He's NOT doing his job, he was "removed" and yet, my taxes are going to pay this piece of human garbage to continue doing nothing???

2. He will be untouchable

It's fairly obvious that he's one of Shrub's lackies and, like Ken Lay, will be protected to the bitter (especially for those he is supposed to have served) end. NBC (and I work there) continues to report on the mismanagement and I only wish Lisa Myers had time to make a blog about what she has found.

Yesterday, she reported about rescue boats sitting idle and thousands (the picture, which may be up on MSNBC is staggering) of mobile homes several states away, as well as an emergency satellite communication center sitting on the tarmac waiting to be loaded on a plane (waiting for orders) in Germany.

My take on this is that the people who are most in need of assistance are "not Bush's people" and, thus, not worthy of the Administration's attention. The only reason why anyone is paying attention to them presently is because the press is covering them.

Meanwhile, Congressional Repubs want to hold joint hearings to whitewash -- er, investigate (yeah, that's it) the Federal response to this disaster. I predict now that the result of this investigation will be colored in "We could not anticipate," and "We could not possibly be prepared for" language.

5. Bush has not fired him, just moved him to where he will not be...
...seen. Bush can NEVER EVER admit he is wrong or made a mistake. I think the voters will just have to show Bush AND the republican party what they think of that kind of arrogance and defiance.

8. That's My Point
He's still supposedly head of FEMA, and yet, he doesn't have to actually do his job, apparently. And we still have to pay him.

Yet we still have to pay him, also.

If we're going to run this country like a business I say it's time we have a MAJOR layoff and trim the fat. Our WH is filled with bloated do nothing leeches that need to be removed from their positions.

Not only does he, probably, not need the money, We take it out of "the mouths of babes" to give it to him even though he's completely incompetent?

Jeeebus! How do we explain this to the young people of this country?

12. It's a good thing

That the United States is exempt from submitting to the will of the International Court appointed to judge in matters of genocide (let the poor black people down there die) and war crimes (let's attack Iraq for justification that is considered equal to the justification Japan used to attack Pearl Harbor and US possessions).

We'd be in serious trouble at this point.

Lieberman was involved apparently. I say we use this to get rid of that piece of shit too. We should challenge Liberman in the primaries.
