to our country. (Please note that I'm not slamming Israelis.)
I just do not think it wise to appoint someone as head of homeland security who is also the citizen of another country.

41. Exactly my point. Who knows what sort of "deals" Chertoff is making

with Israeli security firms and military contractors as well as security frims from other foreign countries.

I just have a bad feeling about this.

One of my good friends lived in Israel for several years after escaping the dictatorship and dirty war in his native country of Argentina (many Eastern European Jews fled to Argentina after the pogroms of the 1920's). His family left Israel because of the wars, bombing and on-going violence. They loved Israel (the land and the people) but it simply wasn't safe to live there. They moved to Baltimore, MD. It's much safer in Baltimore.
