They admit Brown was a failure (unless one believes Chertoff's bullshit), but they leave Brown in place at FEMA so the Dems can continue to blast away.

The man still remains the head of FEMA. If he cannot do the job, then he should be removed completely and immediately. Why is he still on the governments payroll?
