Thinking back to what happened on 9/11, I think the people who handled that disaster were the NYC firefighters, EMT's, Police, and even their Mayor! I guess FEMA finally got there, but I sure don'pt remember any prominent role!!!!

The Gulf disaster had a 3-5 day advance warning! This was FEMA's chance to shine! Show what they can really do! We all saw they did show everyone what they could do. but it sure wasn't shining!!!!

See all the fabric cupping on the upper sleeves? Suit has exaggerated shoulders and lots of padding along the shoulder line. Fabric falls from that against the weenie's itty bitty brush scrubbing arms and collaspes. Take it from a tailor, not his usual cut.

Question is: to make him look big and stalwart (Father Knows Best) or to allow for some serious body kevlar under that coat?
