I read of yet another one today. 7.3 on the richtor scale. :wow:

That makes, what, SIX major eathquakes since December 2004?!

Is that a usual number?

How many earthquakes?

We get them every day. Yes, they are small. But they are a daily deal here. There was a 5.1 near San Diego last week, the last large one.

6. Wow -- I had read about the New Guinea quake yesterday

At that time it was reported to be a 7.3, which is major in itself. A 7.7 is a bad ass quake.
