Air America Announces New Syndication Division With Thom Hartmann As Its First Offering

Air America Radio has formed Air America Syndication, a separate division designed to offer additional programming and services to both Progressive Talk and other talk/music formats. The announcement was made by CEO Danny Goldberg, president of Air America Radio Gary Krantz and president of Programming Jon Sinton.

Air America Syndication will distribute the nationally-syndicated, The Thom Hartmann Program, and will expand its weekend network line-up of progressive talk beginning this Sunday (September 11).

“Thom Hartmann is one of the great progressive minds and we are thrilled to help expand his role in the American conversation,” said Goldberg.

“Thom Hartmann has shown enormous success in many markets around the country, from Seattle to Pittsburgh,” said Krantz. “We are thrilled to have Thom be a part of Air America’s unmatched line-up of talent and are looking forward to helping him grow in affiliations, audience,revenue, and most importantly, as an important progressive voice in the media landscape.”
