Think of all the future generations chimp has destroyed w/ slow response
Edited on Fri Sep-09-05 05:52 PM by rainbow4321
The stillborn that was born at the convention center, the pregnant women who have been exposed to the toxins, the cancer-causing agents **everyone** was submerged in as they walked/swam thru the filthy water/sewage. I read somewhere that part of NO (9th Ward?) was called Cancer Alley--secondary to the Superfund site there.

Will any of the children that went thru Katrina's aftermath find out when THEY are adults that they can't have kids or if they DO have kids, how many will never make it thru a term pregnancy or will be born with defects?

And since all of the residents are now spread from Puerto Rico to Utah to Texas, the odds of keeping track of this population is going to be impossible. It's not going to be as if scientists can say "this city's population was exposed to xyz, let's track the disease stats, etc.. over the next 20 years". The "city" is gone, the people spread out countrywide.

This will be chimp's legacy.

;( ;( ;(
