Good God Almighty! Exactly how retarded are these people? Can they order sandwiches for themselves? (That is my benchmark... I used to work for an ultra wealthy family, whose name you'd know but I won't mention, and the 30+ year old heiress daughter could not order a sandwich... didn't have a clue as to how to do that.)
