This is not the government (as far as I know), so it's not a violation of the First Amendment -- but what it is is just as bad -- the consequence of consolidating and homogenizing our society into one heterosexual, white, corporate, nationalistic, plastic voice. It's not the government that has censored, but merely the consensus of "authority," and political correctness. Right-wing political correctness.

Think about it -- unless the person swears, there can be no FCC fine. If this is to keep political speech to a minimum, this is very fucking grave, indeed. Welcome to right-wing authoritarian America.
