My wife works for a children's television show that tapes its episodes in MS. They wanted to do some live shows at shelters and bring educational materials -- you know just give the kids something fun to do and be a part of. The show is funded by PBS and PBS said no. They need time to review plans and put together an approved program. I guess they want to make sure sponge bob and buster the bunny don't show up.
