Dateline: Another scathing indictment of FEMA and Fed Govt.

It showed that local officials and experts warned FEMA and the Fed. Govt. time and time again. One expert who helped put together the drill of hurricane Pam was told by a woman from FEMA that 'Americans don't live in tents'.

They made the same exact predictions of what happened in NO and were laughed at.

Former FEMA manager said it was a failure of the Feds for not deploying needed assets. Once the pres declared it was a national disaster it became a federal matter.

Not much against state and local officials so far.

1. I am watching it right now in Michigan.

I can not believe my ears. The media is telling us the truth. I am crying for all of those poor people. I want heads to roll over this but Bush just kept the FEMA director in his job and just took him out of NO and sent him back to Washington. He should be fired and so should many of the other senior level people in FEMA. Dateline is doing great! I will make sure to thank them for their honesty. We have not seen the truth out of them in five years.
