Can Brown Be Held Criminally Liable

For lying on his resume.....could bush be held the same for knowing he didnt have the qualifications for the job.......

I certianly hope that the dems(maybe Kerry) step up to the plate and call for a probe and find out why this appointment was allowed to happen.....Makes me wonder how many othe unqulaified are in this criminal administration......we all know bush IS!!!!!

... background check, then he should be indicted and tried. That's what I wrote to Senator Levin, in fact. In sworn testmony before the Senate committee, others told falsehoods on his behalf. It would remain to be seen whether they knoew what they were saying as false. Brown certainly did and didn't correct the record.

Your employer can fire/sue you...and I suppose you could be charged with fraud.
