No more debit cards.... people will have to apply for aid via...
FEMA website and get aid direct deposited into their checking accounts.

Ummm... what about those people w/o checking accounts.... we know that banks have made it harder to get accounts in recent times, esp for those with not-so-perfect credit. And only allowing application via a website? I have a feeling many of these people will have trouble finding Internet access.

1. Most of the poor do not have checking accounts or access to
computers. Mr. Bush is continuing his genocide toward liberals.

That website is ridiculous. It doesn't allow Opera or Firefox only IE and javascript must be enabled. Mac and linux users cant apply at all.

4. That's what I've been wondering.
If it was not a multinational bank, but a small local credit union or something, how is that working, exactly?

5. This admin isn't known for its comprehensive planning... so are we
surprised? Nope. They just select a one-size-fits-all "solution" and force it down everyone's throat--they know full well that a large number of the victims won't be able to apply for the assistance. They're evil.
