What's a Freeper?

who hangs out at a vile disgusting website called freerepublic.com.

More generally, a freeper is anyone on the extreme right who worships Rush, watches and believes FUX news, thinks Toby Keith is a great talent, possibly has a mullet, has no fewer than 2 American flag decals and one "God Bless America" sticker on the back of his gas guzzling SUV, thinks we went to Iraq to "Kick Saddam's Ass" because he was behind 9/11, thinks Arnold did nothing wrong but Clinton deserved impeachment, actually has an irrational hatred of the Clintons, and thinks the chimp walks on water - in other words a freeper is an ignorant fool.

Do a search on FreeRepublic for Democratic Underground...you will not see much...what you do see, will probably be followed by "You probably posted this without knowing it - be we are all banned from talking about DU on Free Republic". That's right, mentioning anything about DU is an offense that makes your account revokable on "Free" Republic. This is mentioned in the few threads on DU that they do have (which are few because the moderators ban mention of DU).

occaisonally some freeper will say "look what the DU idiots are saying now" with a link, but as you said, that gets censored quite often.
