18. Look at the last photo.

Look closely at the weird lump on his cheek. About a month ago, he had a bizarre lump right in front of his ear. Look at the vacant look in his eyes, as he pastes on his "photo-op" grin in front of the camera. If you cover up the right side of his face and just look at the right side, he looks like a ghoul. An absolute demon.

Now, even more telling is the photo above this one. Here, you can see Bush at his vulnerable worst. His eyes are dilated. One actually appears to be more dilated than the other, always a danger sign.

He looks like he has trouble composing himself. Trying to think of what to say, what to do.

And of course, Bush is dealing with his very own Katrina hurricane in Washington. A tsunami came and washed away his last remaining vestige of support in this country.
