what the public wants. That won't change a thing. We're screwed as long as we have a one-party system and that's what we have at the moment. If Dems had any sort of spine or conscience, they would have been on TV last Wednesday or Thursday at the very latest absolutely RAILING about how people were dying in NO for no reason. But since they were all silent on the matter, apparently it's OK with them if the poor and/or black die. Goddammit, silence is complicity. Fuck the spineless silent Dems. No, I can't take 3 more years of Dubya in the WH and I can't take 3 more years of spineless Dems. Once I get Canadian citizenship, that's it for me.
