A Stiff Margarita And A Good Night's Sleep
Michael Brown just doesn't get it. Never has. Never will. The demotion to DC is a great first step but he must be fired. NOW.

Brown has a lot to be ashamed of.

This afternoon, he should be ashamed of this insensitive "transition" statement.

"I'm going to go home and walk my dog and hug my wife and, maybe get a good Mexican meal and a stiff margarita and a full night's sleep. And then I'm going to go right back to FEMA and continue to do all I can to help these victims," Brown said.

The victims he failed lost their homes, their pets, their spouses, their favorite restaurants and their "margaritas".

How dare Brown issue such a self-serving "poor me" statement in light of what others have lost.

Brown must be held accountable for bungling the relief operation. Brown HAS to be fired. We can't afford to put the lives of other Americans in his "care". He should apologize to the victims after he packs up his office.

I have to wonder if the woefully inept Micheal Brown is even capable of securing a stiff margarita for himself.

1. To hell with him
I feel no pity for the miserable SOB. May his dreams be forever haunted by the faces of his victims.

Right. After he gets his FIRST. I think it's a snide "fuck you all...I never cared and I still don't."

Peace.

4. A statement that only a disconnected emotionally sociopath could say
This is what happens (what is happening in America under Bush) when you get a whole bunch of sociopaths together.... :scared:

3. OMG! Brownie actually said that about the Margarita?
These people are sociopaths...they are completely disconnected from reality and emotions and people.

Btw - I think it isn't just Brown that needs to be flat out FIRED, I'd include some kind of prosecution or penalty if it can be applied to this man's incompetence, not to mention negligent homicide charges if a case could be brought in court against him. And more importantly, I think that Michael Chertoff is equally as incompetent and dangerous, possibly even more so. Not to mention that this all happened on his "watch" as Homeland Security Director and that sociopath is defending Brownie....

5. He's as much in touch as W & Babs Bush
What do they think the NO evacuees are going through? There is no nice home, etc, waiting for them. I am so tired of this GOP elitsm. It sickens me.

7. Michael Brown is a side show, a quite sad side show, at that.
This administration remains our major tragedy. I am so sad to say.

We need our nation's protectors. Ermm...there is a cavalry...right? We did have one, once upon a time. I know they are still there. Guys, we are counting on you.

You know who you are. ...If you see this, you do understand you are what we have. If I could post an upside down flag, I would.

Since he was soooo tired, poor thing, he was a little mixed up .

He meant to say , 'tell my wife to take a walk and hug my dog'.
