Will Democrats use the filibuster against Roberts?
Sorry if this is already posted but I couldn't find it. No one seems to want to talk about this subject. I think Roberts will sail thru. True to for, the Demo's will save their fight for another day.

3. I sure as hell hope they filibuster him.
The Dems should filibuster everything until Bush resigns. The only exceptions should be the bare minimum necessary to run the country. Stop or slow down everything else. Make it impossible for the negligent, incompetent Bush resign.

5. I wish they would
I don't see it happening but you'd think they could make it work given that fewer than 40% approve of the job the clown is doing now.

6. It would take backbone
...so it's probably a non-starter. But who knows? Maybe one of them will find principle in the sofa cushions and pass it around to the others. If that happens...:)

4. Not a chance
I'm afraid not enough people, ESPECIALLY our representatives, find him objectionable at all.

behind that faux smile is pure neo-conservative evil that is hell bent on taking away the rights of Americans.

8. It is time for a Democratic filibuster marathon. Roberts and then
Gonzales, because I know Clueless will nominate him. If the Dems do not get together and stand fast they do not deserve to be re-elected.
I, like many of you, am fed up with this government. The Repub. juggernaut (sp?) just keeps rolling. This business of Halliburton taking over reconstruction without having to pay a living wage should never be allowed. Where are the Dems?
