Why Are 78,000 National Guardsmen in Iraq?

Is it due to the BushCO/neoCON's spreading the military too thin? Is the BushCO/neoCON regime endangering our national security by pursuing their aggressive, profiteering war agenda?

1. Because the Regular Army is too small to do the job.
