Question: Is this the rub?
Gov. Blanco has never, and still to this day, signed over the LA Nat'l. Guard and Police to the Federal Gov't.

How was the Federal Gov't. able to send help 5 days later and not able to send it earlier? Even though Blanco asked.

Why did * try to force her to turn over her sovereignty 4 days too late, when he obviously did not need it to send help?

Is all this poppy cock about * needing authority and trying to force Blanco, a democrat, to turn over the nat. guard and police, a smoke screen to shift blame, or were they trying to undermine her authority and capability as a democratic governor.

Why did MS not have to sign over authority with a republican governor, or AL, for that matter.

Obviously the point is Blanco did not need to sign over one god damn thing to feds, because the resources are there now.

So if my premise is true, then the people of LA were punished for having a democratic governor or * is inept, or the admin. had bigger and better plans for the poor folks of LA. Like taking their land. They were easy targets. And now send them all over the country so they can live in their poverty in places around the US and not be a thorn in the side of all the money to be made from this disaster.

1. When the President declared a State Of Emergency
he thus gave his permission to send in the feds. which should of been moving before the storm hit. Someone intentionally with-held help for these people. The question is? Was Bush punishing Governor Blanco for not federalizing NO? Was Bush making his point? Did it matter to him that people were in dire straits?

I give Blanco credit for saying no and keeping her hand in it. From the Senator to the Governor to the Mayer. They all were fighting with Bush and this administration. It was the Mayer and his cussing and getting mad and upset publicly that brought the feds in. They were embarrassed from that. Bush was making everyone suffer and that is the message we should be talking about.

Bush purposely withheld help to gain power...

I give Blanco credit too. These rat bastards with held resources, but for what reason?
