Does anyone know what happened to reporter Jeanne Meserve?

She was covering Katrina during the first few days, but not recently. Maybe she just got some R&R -- I hope so.

1. She did a report on Anderson Coopers show last night

or the night before. Don't remember what it was about. I think she did take a couple of days off.

3. She reported horrible stories on those first nights. I don't think she

has a history as a war correspondent. Not used to seeing people dying & in pain. No doubt she needed time for all the shock. Good to hear she is out again. Hope she gets an award. Humanitarian award along with journalism one.

I think she took a few well-deserved days off.

She DID look as if she had a few days off. I had been wondering about her as well.

last night, but she also had that "1000 yard stare" in her eyes.
That will never go away.
