Resource Thread: List ALL the Crimes Supporting Prosecution of Our Regime!
It's time to lay out every, single instance of criminal fraud, betrayal and exploitation committed by the BushCO/neoCONster regime.

I'll begin with the following:

FRAUD:

about WMDs and the illegal war on Iraq, the Medicare bill, the Patriot Act, taxpayer-funded contracts (extreme cronyism), Cheney's energy meetings, "Homeland Security", education policies,...good God, I could go on and on.

TREASON:

in acting AGAINST the best interest of our economic and security interersts, in exposing a CIA operation piercing problems with illegal WMD proliferation, in substituting the interests of another nation for our own, in acting in the interests of global corporate fascists at the sacrifice of our own people and country, in leaving our own nation and people FAR LESS SECURE than it was pre-9/11, et al.

CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE THE CONSTITUTION:

by approving activities in direct violation of our laws (torture, "sneak-n-peak", intentionally inserting a back-door "surprise" ANTI-civil rights piece of legislation called "The Patriot Act", suppressing free speech via government-sponsored vehicles, etc.), nominating judges who serve corporate interests rather than "the people's" rights, intentionally violating voters' rights (via technology), et al.

PERJURY AND OTHER VIOLATIONS OF OATHES OF OFFICES:

I need help here because the incidences of lying to the American people is so vast,...the flood of such information is too overwhelming to even begin to list them all: the situation in Iraq, the economic reality in our country, the manipulation by the oil and financial industries (in charge of our country), the poverty rate, the situation with "Katrina", the INTENTIONAL government-sponsored deception via taxpayer-paid pundit pricks (just trying to make a living, I'm sure, ugh), Medicare, global warming, 9/11, domestic terrorism, national INsecurity, bin Laden, inflated or false reports of "terrorist" activities, organized character attacks against American citizens, etc. etc.

I am certain I am nowhere NEAR covering all the crimes of the BushCO/neoCON mob exploiting America and her people,...and people around this great globe. I need your help to make a record so that these bastards are NEVER EVER allowed to destroy the dream of democracy, again!!!

Help me.

1. Treason and Other High Crimes
The Stealing of Election 2000 and 2004.

The Outing of Valerie Plame, in clear violation of
Federal law. Certainly a felony. (For some reason
Ari Fleischman drops off the scene right around that
time.)

Also, this President and his Administration allowed for and encouraged Rampant censorship of the press and encouraged large
conglomerate media to censor We The People.

Third parties could not even BUY airtime during the
presidential election season, because their ads "were
inappropriate."

The above is VERY IMPORTANT. It doesn't seem so, after
all, if a story does not run, you don't see blood
dripping off the walls of the Fox news studio. BUT
we would NOT have people dying in Iraq and New Orleans
if the TRUTH was available.

8. Censorship is certainly ANTI-AMERICAN!!!
The government is heavily censoring what has happened, what is happening in Iraq.

Did you know that our "ambassadors" charged out of a human rights meeting because he refused to acknowledge the truth that, the BushCo/neoCON regime MURDERED innocent human beings (who had the unfortunate destiny of being born "Iraqi") proposing NO THREAT WHATSOEVER TO THE USA?

Maybe, being DEAD is the "freedom" the BushCO/neoCON regime intends to deliver. For many, being dead would be better than the human suffering the BushCO/neoCON regime delivers here on earth,...I am sure.

3. Why Bush Secretly Moving $700 Million Violates The Law
Primer: Why Bush Secretly Moving $700 Million Violates The Law
Since Bob Woodward disclosed that President Bush in July of 2002 diverted $700 million into Iraq invasion planning without informing Congress, the Bush Administration has failed to provide one shred of evidence to rebuff the charge. According to Woodward, Bush kept Congress "totally in the dark on this” leaving lawmakers with "no real knowledge or involvement." Not only does the Constitution vest the power of the purse with Congress, but whichever of the two supplemental bills the President drew the money from had explicit language obligating him to inform key congressional leaders. Instead of opening an investigation, White House allies on Capitol Hill actually told USA Today that the move was acceptable because "the $700 million was small compared" with the overall spending bills. Here is a look at the provisions in the only two supplemental bills that Congress passed between 9/11 and July 2002, and thus which Bush could have gotten the money from:

- BUSH REQUIRED TO TELL CONGRESS, IF DREW FUNDS FROM THE 9/11 SUPPLEMENTAL: While the President was given discretion to direct $10 billion of the post-9/11 Emergency Supplemental bill, the legislation specifically obligated the President to "consult with the chairmen and ranking minority members of the Committees on Appropriations prior to the transfer" of any funds. In other words, the President was obligated to tell key congressional leaders of both parties anytime he moved money.

- BUSH DELIBERATELY USED VAGUE LANGUAGE IN DOCUMENTS TO HIDE SECRET MOVE: The White House issued two legally mandated updates to Congress about where the 9/14/01 supplemental funds were being spent. Both covered portions of the time Bush made his $700 million order. But in these documents, instead of telling Congress money was going to Iraq, the White House deliberately used vague and evasive language. For instance, in both of its updates to the Appropriations Committee, the Administration only said it had used monies for "increased situational awareness" and "increased worldwide posture" – and did not mention Iraq at all.

- SUMMER SUPPLEMENTAL REQUIRED BUSH TO TELL CONGRESS BEFORE MOVING FUNDS: According to the text of the August 2002 Supplemental, the Bush Administration was only permitted to transfer "up to $275 million" of previously appropriated funds within the Pentagon, and only "15 days after notification to the congressional defense committees." In other words, the White House was obligated to tell Congress if money was moved.

5. This seems brazenly criminal to me:
FEMA Chief Brown Paid Millions in False Claims to Help Bush Win Fla. Votes in '04

By Jason Leopold

© 2005 Jason Leopold

Michael Brown, the embattled head of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, approved payments in excess of $31 million in taxpayer money to thousands of Florida residents who were unaffected by Hurricane Frances and three other hurricanes last year in an effort to help President Bush win a majority of votes in that state during his reelection campaign, according to published reports.

“Some Homeland Security sources said FEMA's efforts to distribute funds quickly after Frances and three other hurricanes that hit the key political battleground state of Florida in a six-week period last fall were undertaken with a keen awareness of the looming presidential elections,” according to a May 19 Washington Post story.

Homeland Security sources told the Post that after the hurricanes that Brown “and his allies recommended him to succeed Tom Ridge as Homeland Security secretary because of their claim that he helped deliver Florida to President Bush by efficiently responding to the Florida hurricanes.”

<snip>

The explosive charges of mismanagement of disaster relief funds made against Brown and FEMA were confirmed earlier this year following a four-month investigation by Richard Skinner, the Department of Homeland Security’s inspector general. Skinner looked into media reports alleging that residents of Miami-Dade were receiving windfall payments from FEMA to cover losses from Hurricane Frances they never incurred.
