authorizes these fuckin flyovers to start fuckin NASCAR races ?? There are rumors that commercial airlines may not be able to continue flights due to lack of available jet fuel! How much fuel was just used by 4 F-16's to fly over Richmond Raceway, and why is this being done for every one of these races? I'm just sayin...

As it was said above, it's a recriting tool. Use it in an area of incresed testosterone, put a recruiting booth nearby, and you're gold.
