credit cards with $250,000 limits so they can "help" the victims of the hurricane.

3. They were only given out to detainees, uh, evacuees in Texas

Some experts say the debit cards were only a way to infuse the local economy with cash. Kinda funny how only Texas got the help and somehow not LA or MS, or any other state that happened to have hurricane survivors in it
