Amazing - Jackson Square doesn't look too much worse

Amazing - Jackson Square doesn't look too much worse
for wear and tear considering all that New Orleans has been through.

One of the most notable things about this picture, of Jackson Square and the French Quarter behind it, is that the buildings are all still standing and they even all have roofs. Go figure? I wonder what the fundies will think? God saved the French Quarter while he destroyed Metairie and Slidell.

4. here's a great website for french quarter photos
i don't know if anyone else has posted it.

197 photos. you can just click through the slide show on the upper right of the screen.

some eerie photos of deserted streets, while they still had lights.

my computer did freeze on the very last photo, aerial view after the levee broke.
