Prima facie case for genocide: has any site/article tied it all together?

I'm not talking about a "timeline" or a list of links, I mean something like a fully argued case in one spot, obviously containing links to articles and other sources, but all laid out without having to chase down the links.

Any such thing done yet?

I think a case can be made that FEMA and that damned Gretna sheriff contributed to and possibly deliberately caused a genocide.

If something like this hasn't been done, I strongly think it would be a good idea for a great writer, esp. one with legal knowledge, to take on.

I keep getting eerie deja vu about the 1980s talk of the Rex 84/King Alfred Plan that Ollie North the mute Marine supposedly authored. This would be more Rex 84 by opportunism, but...
