3. Chertoff The Jerkoff

In the middle of the flooding...when people were dehydrating in front of the Morial Center...with the newspeople starting to wonder WTF FEMA and DHS was, there comes Chertoff in a photo-op press conference and the first crap out of his pie hole is about September being "preparedness month". Meanwhile CNN showed a split screen of the flood city. Talk about a disconnect.

Of course business is going to mean more than children or humanity here. The humanitarian phase of disaster recovery is moved along quickly since it's an expense...but once they're shoved out of the way (given their $2,000 and a mule and sent on their way), then the real fun begins.

There's gold in them there flooded neighborhoods. There's strip malls and new port facilities and McMansions and speculation and billions in government money just being thrown around.

The real pisser here is this is the same group that allowed the looting of Baghdad and then the fleecing of billions in IPA money...and they still haven't gotten the lights on and the water flowing.

This kleptocracy will be uncovered to be the most corrupt ever.
