Nah - no impact at all.

Indeed so little impact that the NG can't grant leave to guardsmen from Mississippi who want to come back to help their families relocate/get settled.

Oh - that's the direction of the impact Condi - pulling these folks out of Iraq - would have an impact on that operation... much more important to pursue bush's folly, than to protect American citizens.
