Watching the NO Saints as they try to hold onto a 3 point lead. Just saw their QB, Brooks, get slammed and sandwiched in a play that was obviously a penalty against the Saints opponents. Can't help but think that had that been a white QB the penalty would have been called. Hubby thinks so too. But alas, I am probably just deep shit in quilt and shame and frustration. I am so upset by what I see is happening to our country.

1. I guess this is how we do it. How we manage to hold onto the power.

That one call would have made all the difference in this game. NO would have had a first down and perhaps even a TD or field goal. Will the refs make up the call? I doubt it.
