Any news on the two South African women Bush posed with in MS?
Some people have stated they look familiar or he knows them somehow and that they actually live 60 miles away or something like that.

Others speculated about how clean their shirts were and brand-new shoes and such.

Anyone heard any more about this?

1. They were looking for clothing
If their skins were darker, they'd be looters.

4. i believe they were ID'd as foreign exchange students...
and they werre an attractive shade of brown, looked like they could be creole, or indeed south african. they had a anglo lilt in their voices that was not born in the usa. it sounded so african or a brit ruled island to me.

6. all i know is that they "came from" 15 miles away- and hadn't been without
food or water the whole time. they talked about being inconvienced by not having any eledctricity, but heard it was coming on soon where they were. i remember all this from seeing it myself, they acted a little hysterical, but a little happy too. they really didn'y know much about areas that were harder hit. and they were pretty cleaned and groomed looking so, they were a better photo for bush than they were an interview, i do know that. someone googled them and found out one of them was in a foreign exchange student program a few years ago, but she has a relative in that area of MS, so....not a total phony, but it looks like they put out a search for the dumbest starstruck young black women they could find, and it showed. i believe this was the same area where they set up relief feeding stations and took them down (some hadn't opened and fed anyone yet) as soon as the * + the cameras left. so if it was it was a setup within a setup. nifty, huh?

3. I saw a thread about them the other day

I thought there were some "friends of the family Bush," not close friends but the bottom line ---it was a phony photo op I believe.
