Option A: Stand outside and appear to be praying and have everyone attack your sincerity.
Option B: Stay inside with the curtains drawn and have everyone attack your level of concern and comprehension.

I am not absolving anyone of guilt or blame, I just don't see this as the most disgusting photo from the tributes. Neither of those two men planned this photo op or had anything to do with organizing it. Their handlers planned multiple tributes and decided this is the one they should attend.

My wife and I both took a minute of silence yesterday to remember the tragedy, to reflect on it, and to evaluate our resolve to prevent it in the future. I see this picture as simply a photo of some other people doing the same thing, regardless of the cause.
