I personally would like to see Al Gore with John Edwards as Vice President. Imagine Gore opening up a speech with “I told you so!” Or he could use a line from the 2000 election of “Are you better off now than you were eight years ago.” Except for Halliburton and other profiteers, I don’t know anyone who is better off since 2000 In light of the recent disaster and global warming, a dedicated environmentalist like Gore could win over a lot of people over, at least I hope so.

And do whatever I can to assist the Democrats in 2006 myself. Last year my friends and two of my brothers voted Kerry and had never voted before. I will do whatever I can to help win the House and Senate in 2006. After that we can Impeach Jackass.

We need to abandon this useless strategy of pandering to the South and focus our efforts on the West/Midwest. Give me Richardson or Gephardt any day over Edwards.

It would be foolish to "write off the South" again, as Kerry did, whom did not campaign or spend much money here. KERRY lost the South, people vote for President, not VP.

Why because I am so sick of the repugs throwing arround the patriotism card and the religious card I want to wrap myself up in ole glory for a change. Besides as a disabled person Max Clealand is my personal hero.

Overall I'd be happy to go with anyone but a repuke.

I will admit though if for some crazy reason Hillary won, she'd be the only candidate I'd have to hold my nose before voting for.

But none of the "mainstream" dems like Gore, Clinton, Edwards, etc.

on edit: oh, and I'd SERIOUSLY consider voting for a republican before I'd vote for Clark. Actually, it's hard to imagine circumstances that would make me vote for a repig, but I feel THAT strongly about the need to keep career generals out of the WH.
