Take away the funding for flood control and levee control, give it the rich in the
form of a huge tax break, let the natural disaster occur due to the non funding of solving
the problem, then give the rebuilding contracts to those same rich people (also hire
the labor for dirt cheap) and ta-daa they are even richer. What a scam.
