Is Bush worse then Brown or is Bush worse then Brown...?
Q Mr. President, where were you when you realized the severity of the storm?

THE PRESIDENT: I was -- I knew that a big storm was coming on Monday, so I spoke to the country on Monday* morning about it. I said, there's a big storm coming. I had pre-signed emergency declarations in anticipation of a big storm coming.

If only someone could send mr.Bush back to Washington and assign him to another position.

1. Shrub is worse
He's still doing the tap-dance, cover-my-ass while at least Brownie knew that he was toast and resigned. I thought Shrub's comments with Nagin standing right next to him were as much as calling Nagin a liar -- saying he'd declared a state of emergency before the fact ("unprecedented" as he bragged) and done all these other good things. It's as if the past two weeks never happened and he's back to his usual bravado. ASS.
