How do you go from doing a good job, to being removed from assignment,
to resigning?

<<snip>>
The director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Michael Brown, has resigned, two administration sources told CNN today. Brown was removed from his post as leader of the federal government's response to the New Orleans flooding amid criticism that it was slow and poorly planned, but he was not fired.

5. When you know charges are about to be filed
against someone? That is they only thing I can figure. The evidence is mounting that BushCo deliberately withheld assistance for numerous poor excuses.
