They picked up prisoners but wouldn't help a man an his family. Man walked and waded through water to another area where
"so-called "looters" filled a grocery cart with water and other items. He waded back to the bridge where his family was waiting after they removed the prisoners only to find his family gone. He still has no idea where his family is. So sad, so sick, so disgusting.
