WTF? Susan Malveaux???
http://mediamatters.org/items/200509120007

<snip>
On the September 12 edition of CNN's The Situation Room, White House correspondent Suzanne Malveaux claimed that "we have seen poll numbers improve" since Coast Guard Vice Adm. Thad Allen took charge of the Bush administration's Hurricane Katrina recovery efforts -- despite the fact that most publicly available polling shows the Bush administration's numbers in a free fall. Later in the program, Situation Room host Wolf Blitzer claimed that Bush's poll numbers are going up -- but used a misleading comparison of different polls conducted by different news organizations using different methodologies in order to do so.
<snip>

His poll numbers are going off the cliff.

2. Time to write CNN and ask them why they are lying on TV
Those websites that they have now a-days, you can verify some info on the fly.

6. I gave them a piece of my mind.
Why is your correspondent lying about Bush's poll numbers on Television. I have confirmed that his numbers are in a "free-fall" so, on what grounds does Ms. Malveaux report this lie?
"On the September 12 edition of CNN's The Situation Room, White House correspondent Suzanne Malveaux claimed that "we have seen poll numbers improve" since Coast Guard Vice Adm. Thad Allen took charge of the Bush administration's Hurricane Katrina recovery efforts -- DESPITE THE FACT THAT most publicly available polling shows the Bush administration's numbers in a free fall. And Mr. Blitzer is doing it too. Why is HE lying? Later in the program, Situation Room host Wolf Blitzer claimed that Bush's poll numbers are going up -- but used a misleading comparison of different polls conducted by different news organizations using different methodologies in order to do so. You might want to have these people report the TRUTH for a CHANGE.

5. CNN does this all the time -- throw in a bizarro poll to skew the avg
The whacko poll doesn't even have to be close to accurate. CNN just tosses it in to skew the average. That is how you know Bush's numbers are in freefall, when CNN starts showing aggregated poll numbers. One of them is always some off-brand poll created last week by some GOP think tank.

8. In 04 I used to think Susan Malveaux was hot.
No longer ..... she is just a Nora O'Donnel wanna be.

I am sure she has a nice penthouse w/ a view of central park,
a summer home someplace nice, rich lovers, goes to $100.00 dinners
@ least once a week, and shops @ the best places but she is just a
whore.

9. As Media Matters points out, they're comparing apples & oranges.
Last week's Gallup had * at 45%. This week, it's 46%. That's statistically insignificant. Yet, Wolfie compares this week's Gallup to last week's Pew (or similar).

Such whoring.
