In a glaringly slopy contrast to the composed and intelligent discussion by Ambassador Wilson, Bob Novak's spinning and smirking will go down as the start of his decline into journalistic oblivion.

Unfortunately, it's apparent that Bob Novak chose to not appear with Ambassador Wilson at the same time because he knows that his dessembling and outright lies regarding his role in leaking Ambassador Wilson's wife's role as a CIA agent would look even more ridiculous. That would have been a great debate. All Bob Novak could go on was hollow claims that all of his statements in his newspaper article and his comments immediately following the article were overblown or taken out of context .... Riiiiiight, Bob. Because it's only after you've had time to talk to your lawyers that a journalist with those fourty distinguished years of service, like yourself, starts to get his facts straight anyway .... Right, Bobby??
