6. My anti-war sign was about duct tape

I participated in all the Seattle anti-war protest marches before Iraq. I made a home-made sign. One side has a photo of Bush's face. I placed two pieces of duct tape over his mouth in an X, and below I printed:
SEND THIS MAN YOUR DUCT TAPE.

I got lots of laughs and compliments on the sign. I still have it and now it's even more relevant. I'll use it again...I hope we will have a march on Sept 24 here. I don't understand why we haven't had protests in the streets the last few years. My fault as much as anyone's.

At any rate, I love the duct tape connection. I think duct tape should be Bush's legacy.
