Biden got in a good zinger

In hearings Roberts blathering on about why he claims he can;t answer a question. Biden keeps trying to get him back on point.

Specter tells Biden not to interrupt. Biden says "But he's filabustering." Then says, with a smile, "Okay I won't interrupt. You can keep on not answering Judge."

Gotta give Biden props for his grilling here.
