A couple of weeks ago, I sent out an op-ed on impeaching Bush.
One of the freepers who is merely an acquaintance, not a friend, on my list HEAD EXPLODED...I mean literally.
Anyway...after she sent me back an ugly email denying the facts, I just let it go. I removed her from my political mail list and didn't think anything about it.
Today I get this email (she obviously forgot to attach whatever she was sending). This is what it said:

"Thought these FACTS were too interesting not to pass along. "

However, as I said, nothing was attached.

So...after she blew 10 gaskets on me, I just returned this email response to her:

"Not really sure what you tried to send. I didn't receive it.
I have to apologize that somehow your name got on my political mailing list when I restructured it. I am sorry. However, I am always up to a good debate if someone disagrees with me.
I did remove your name from that list so as not to offend you with any more of my emails.
You are welcome to re-send yours if you like, I might surprise you--but always welcome other views in the spectrum. I have tons of Republican friends--we just agree to disagree.
I'm not the enemy and am always willing to keep an open mind.
I hope you are well.
Thank you."

I can't wait to see how she processes this. It will probably piss her off more than asking for Bush's impeachment.

1. LOL. the blank email was the "facts"

They have no actual facts that support their position, so she couldn't send anything.

2. I think you're right...

Most people like this don't want to 'discuss' - they want to lecture and demand that you agree. If you don't, then obviously you are a traitor. :)
