What happened with the big march on 9/11?
I thought the right was sponsoring a huge march, at the expense of the tax payers, to further politicize 9/11

7. I have looked for some info and found a few pictures here:
http://www.wtopnews.com/index.php?sid=568176&nid=25

No numbers other than "thousands of people participated". The pictures look as if it was rather sparsely attended. Apparently, it was not a big hit.

On the same vein, what happened to the big "truth tour" that was supposed to tell us all the good news from Iraq? All I could find on that were a few reports that our soldiers' moral is good and they are ready to "stay the course" (another term I'll never use again, along with the words resolve and compassion, thank you very much, Mr. Bush). Has anyone else heard the good news?

9. Thanks, I still can't find any pictures that show the size of the march
no overhead pictures, just pictures taken low to maximize those present. Even the link to sign up is gone - while it makes sense to get rid of the sign up link if the walk had been a success at any level they would have had pictures up to show everyone how wonderful it had been.
