If I hear John Roberts say one more time that he can't answer a question, because the Supreme Court is dealing with cases on that particular subject matter, I am going to bust a gut! I'm serious!

Truth be told, ANY kind of case can come before the Court. You never know what might come before the Supreme Court (i.e. Bush v. Gore). So by his standard, he shouldn't answer any questions.

He's clearly being evasive on purpose. And let's remember that on his first day on the job for the Reagan administration, he helped prepare Sandra Day O'Connor for her confirmation hearings, and he encouraged her to NOT be specific.
