Heard an NPR story about this the other day. Many people (mostly minorities) were trapped in NO because they kept getting turned back trying to cross over bridges into safer areas.

20. I just saw Steven Segall on CNN

He was driving around with the swat team in NO.

Anderson said that he didn't know why Segal was doing this, just that he was.

He also said this is just one of the strange things you see down here.

At least Anderson says it like it is.

Just now interviewing a lady whose son drowned trying to get up to the roof with her.
