k, can't find a Blanco CNBC intreview (let's bush off hook?)

I've been searching CNBC, MSNBC, google, bit torrents, and DU search and i'm not getting anything about what i've been told via paraphrase that Blanco said she didn't ask for federal aid on the day when the levees broke. Supposedly it was witnessed on the TEEVEE, but transcripts etc. isn't findable. supposedly talking about phone call w/ bush @ wednesday interview whether needed fed troops, money, etc.

anyone can help me? maybe it was all just talk? first it is irrelevant because governor called for federal emergency on 8/27/2005 therefore any disaster parts is handled by the feds by default, including the levees, no permission needed because feds have been called in to take care of big problems.

so, many heads are better than one, anyone can find this interview, clip, transcript, etc? i like verifying paraphrased cited sources.
