See before as much as I hated bush supporters and I think many of you can attest to this, in the beginning before Iraq alot of * supporters were still worked up over 9/11 they wanted to believe their bad ass texas president was a gonna kick ass and take names, I mean basically it was "cool" to support America and Bush after 9/11.

Today I think it's exactly the opposite. I've noticed that we that us liberals, left of center types have become the mainstream. I talk to people in class and on the bus I mean people wearing suits people who you'd think just by their suspiciously well groomed looks they gotta be republicans.

Nope they hate Bush they want him impeached.

The ONL:Y few people I have talked to that still support bush no longer cite 9/11 or anything like that, they are just fundie Christian flat earthers who I swear to a higher power are completely devoid of reality; these are people who say things like "I don't take the bus...too many black people ride the bus" or "I'm rich I would never set foot on public transportation"

No people this isn't the words of mainstream America, these are the words of delusional empty bots who would sell their best friends for a new car and quite frankly us being in the majority now I get quite a kick when I think of all the good people on our side and just how fucking embarassing it must be to be a Bush supporter in America today.

5. I agree with you 110%
Kicking Bush out, although could result in Cheney being in, still sends a "We're Not Fucking Around Anymore" message to ALL future politicians that Americans still run America...even though we need 5 years of bullshit and death to finally wake up.

4. Seriously, please explain the people who
will not listen to any reasoning if it involves pro-choice, gay rights, or how the prez* is protecting us. I'm talking about a sibling who is very religious and thinks * walks on water. Well, at least he did about 10 days ago before he asked me not to communicate with him.

9. You just have all kinds of fun wth these types, don't you?
Edited on Tue Sep-13-05 07:58 PM by Kerrytravelers
Mr. kt comes from a family like that. finally decided to let them go on their own way. Finally, there is a point where you can do no more. His horrible brother was like that and died before he had a chance to apologize to my husband over the things he had said. Mr. kt doesn't carry it with him. The choice was on his brother and he's the one who died without making peace. Fine, if that's the way he wanted it. He voted for violence, he thrived in violence and he left this earth in a painful, violent heart attack at 33. At some point, the whole reap what you sow thing comes back to bite you in the ass, doesn't it?

If that's how your borther feels, let him. You are not responsible for the insanity of other people. And you know, they just keep pushing their poision on everyone else, so what can you do?

Edited to add:

I kow I have a very cold manner towards this situation. I have to. I have learned that simply saying "No, I will not allow you to do this to me" and ridding myself of this kind of circle of insanity is the only way to keep sane yourself. I use to be the type who took everyone's problems on my shoulders. You know, our bodies weren't meant to carry that much weight. After losing their pouds of hatred, I feel normal and healthy and balanced. YOu have to worry about you, your karma and your place in this world, not about these people who keep harassing you with emails (from the other thread) and order by your brother.

Hang in there and PM me is you need to! Anytime!

6. Not entirely correct, but 99% yes
I have an acquaintance who is set to inherit about $70 million. He loves bush and the end of the inheritance tax because it will double what he gets when the guy croaks.

Some are simply piggish, but its true, most are terminally stupid

8. Bu$h has fooled his bots
It means that those that support Bu$h are true fools, with the exception of those that enjoy the benefits of his shift in tax burden and the pipeline to the treasury.
