Poll question: Martial law? Or Nuclear armageddon?
America is still the key stone to the world economy. Should we fall, so does the world. Martial law will be declared once our economy fails.

Additionally, a terrorist attack will induce the same effect.

Meanwhile it is now acceptable to do pre-emptive nuking.

Which will happen first.

1. Is that all I have to choose from?
No plagues or viruses? No asteroids? No boiling planet due to global warming?

I really don't think either will happen.

2. Most World Leaders know the results of the Nuke.
Martial Law is much more appealing to our Government.

6. Martial law.
It only makes sense. Don't want a possible uprising at home when launching foreign adventures.

The concentration camps in Germany were in full swing for years before September 1939.

10. A lot more opened after the war started, but before the war:
Breitenau, Dachau, Oranienburg, Osthofen ('33); Sachsenhausen ('36); Buchenwald ('37); Flossenburg, Mauthausen, Neuengamme ('38).

They had different designations -- collection points, labor camps, prisons -- and none were begun as death camps, like Treblinka or Sobribor -- but they put the apparatus in place and all the later horrors developed out of these beginnings.
