Crap, look at the photo, even Roberts looks surprised they are aready calling him Chief Justice.

Today the media were praising him for making a short speech without notes. Woo hoo! I guess that's all that it takes.

Given that this is true, wouldn't you - just for fun - love to see * in front of that committee, answering question after question, no notes...it'd be like "whack-a-mole", except that you'd nail the mole every time.
