5. If he did, I can't imagine him not crowing about it.
As much as he lives for those cozy photo-ops, I guess parting with any significant amount of money is more painful than any gain from a "compassionate conservative" moment.

Besides, even without his money, they're better off now that they are living in the Astrodome and all. (momma said so!)

8. I'm emailing the NYT and WP now to ask if anyone there knows
how much any of them has contributed. WOULD LOVE TO KNOW HOW MUCH GROVER NORQUIST has contributed!!
