Why is * at the UN with a dotted tie and what's around his neck?

His new "informal" look is telling to me. IMO it is an insult to the UN.

And what is that white thing around his neck? It looks like a noose (don't go there :evilgrin:) of some type.

Is it a mike system or does he have a new, more visible, ear piece?

Do I need new glasses or a new TV?

It really looked strange with the dots on the tie.

It reminded me of that blinding tie he wore at the WH for one of those awful speeches during the campaign last year.

The dots almost looked like he was sending a signal to his base to tell them ," I've still got your back, I hate the UN, I'm just here to show how macho I am."

6. Yesterday a DUer stated they thought * would be wearing

blue ties for a while to appear more humble than with the 'in your face red ties.' I don't know or pay attention to color psychology, but it certainly is not beyond KKKarl to know that his boy needs to appear more human!

An appearnace before the UN would not fall in that catagory unless he didn't think the Body was important enough for him to have a solid blue tie.
